Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time. When you do:

• Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses are erased.
• Your wishlist and saved preferences are deleted.
• Past orders, invoices and payment records are kept, without your personal details, because tax law requires us to retain them.
• You are logged out everywhere, and the account cannot be restored.

In the mobile app, go to Account → Delete account. Or log in and delete it here.
